Fraser Mills is the first and only waterfront neighbourhood in Coquitlam, to be built along the banks of the Fraser River. Consisting of a massive 96 acre masterplanned community, Beedie will be bringing 5500 new homes to the area along with commercial, office, light industrial and recreational spaces. Bordered by United Boulevard to the north, the Fraser River to the south, Pacific Reach Linear Park to the east and King Edward Street to the west. On-site childcare and an elementary school have been established, with 69 childcare spaces in Phase 1 and an estimated 400 total spaces at completion. A state-of-the-art 50,000 sf aquatic and community centre and a new pier along the water will be constructed.
Debut is the first building to come to market at Fraser Mills.
